Christmas was so much fun! We went to Idaho to celebrate with my family. We had a full house and the kids were so excited for santa. Once he understood that he was supposed to rip off the wrapping paper we had a hard time getting him to only open his presents. Later that day we went sledding on the farm. Ethan loved rolling around in the snow, making snow angles and eating all the snow he could get.

Our trip to Vegas this June. Adam and Sandy took us to Fremont St. We had a fun time!

Ethan's first birthday.

I can't believe that Ethan is one already! Kami (his girlfriend) came down from Rexburg and we went to Hogle Zoo. Ethan had fun. He didn't like the monkeys unless Josh or I would hold him. He got some new clothes, a toy phone, a new book, and a NEW CAR!! Four in fact, did I mention they are the matchbox kind. Well, he likes them a lot. For dinner we went to Macaroni Grill, and the waiter sang to him in Italian. He didn't know what to think of that. It was a fun day and I still can't believe that he is one.

Our trip to Denver

We had quite the adventure getting to Denver. We left home at 5:00 pm and the weather and everything was fine until we got to about Larime it started snowing. From Cheyanne to Denver we were only going about 20-45 mph because of the blowing snow. We didn't arrive until 2 am, but it was worth it. We had a good time visiting with Zack, Josh's oldest nephew, Jeb, Becca, Landon, Blake, Savannah, and Ethan had the most fun with Crew. The two boys are about the same height but Ethan is twice as thick. It was so fun to see them interact! Ethan found Crew's bouncer and decided to climb in (the upper left courner). Ethan also pushed Crew around in the walker. The men and boys all went to "Jump Street" and had a good time doing back flips and what not, while Becca, the babies and I watched conference and chatted. We can't wait until we get to go back and visit them again.
